Does my lead need to be a homeowner?

Yes, This offer is only for first-time customers who own their own homes. Sorry, but we do not pay for any calls that require transfer to ADT Corporate and we do not pay for commercial leads. Homeowners ONLY.

When will I get paid my referral fee?

Most checks are mailed within 10 business days of installation and activation. Depending upon completion day of the week. Checks may be delayed during national holidays.

Do I need to claim this referral on my taxes?

Short answer: Yes. We do not require a w-9, however this is considered part of your income and should be claimed as such.

Can I refer myself, or a family member?

Yes! We pay you the referral fee even if it is for yourself.

Who pays the most for ADT Security referral leads to Real Estate Agents?

We believe that we pay among the highest referral lead fee to Realtors and Real Estate Agents. We also pay by cash (unlike some that send you a gift card). We send you a check with your name on it.

Do I get paid in cash or by a Gift card?

We pay by check, mailed to you with your name on it. It’s up to you to claim it on your taxes later.

How do you know I am a Real Estate agent?

We may contact you for confirmation, but normally your submission is on the honor-roll system. Be advised any abuse and you may be banned from our program.

What if my client's credit score is lower than ADT requires?

On some rare occasions your client may have a credit score below ADT’s requirement but SafeStreets may offer them special in-house financing. Unfortunately when this happens we are unable to pay referral fees to agents. But at least your client gets a security system.
