Bellmead is a city in McLennan County, Texas, United States. The population was 9,901 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Waco Metropolitan Statistical Area. The word Bellmead means “Beautiful Autumn Valley” and was the name given to the region by its native inhabitants. Bellmead is located at 31°35′48″N 97°5′48″W (31.596765, -97.096627).
