Manchester is a city in St. Louis County, Missouri, United States. The racial makeup of the city was 87.6% White, 3.1% African American, 0.2% Native American, 6.0% Asian, 1.1% from other races, and 2.1% from two or more races.

The average household size was 2.50 and the average family size was 3.00. The median age in the city was 38.9 years. 23.5% of residents were under the age of 18; 8% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 26.2% were from 25 to 44; 29.5% were from 45 to 64; and 12.9% were 65 years of age or older.
